We are pleased to invite you to submit your contributions to the 16th Semiconducting and Insulating Materials Conference (SIMC-XVI) to be held in Stockholm, Sweden, June 19-23, 2011.
SIMC-XVI will highlight advances in semiconducting and insulating materials and their applications. More specifically, the following topics will be addressed:
- Nanosize and nanostructured semiconductors
- Wide bandgap compound semiconductors
- Materials for energy saving and energy harvesting
- Functional oxides and bismides
- Devices based on semiconductors and insulators
