Different media, for example gases or chemicals, needs to be supplied to the clean room.

Transport of Hydrogen bottle pack.	Storage and distribution central for Hydrogen. The Hydrogen is distributed to point-of-use places in the clean room	Nitrogen, N2, is stored in as liquid nitrogen in a tank and is distributed to point-of-use places in the clean room.
